Nestled along Grant Street in Cottesloe.  Our team were involved from a bare slab and Two story timber framed house with James Hardie Linea cladding, brings to life a Hampton’s style Cottesloe classic. ​

A very passive design with air cavity battens between the cladding and wall frames the house is very easy to keep cool In summer and warm in winter.

The works include the complete construction and installation of key structural and architectural elements such as the ground and first floor wall frames, a combination of steel and timber subflooring, timber truss roofing, external cladding, decking, and a range of interior and exterior finishes including window fittings, feature ceilings, doors, and decorative steel elements.
