We manage the necessary development approvals (DA) with the City of Perth, secure building permits under the Building Act 2011 and the Building Code of Australia (BCA), and adhere to Australian Standards, including AS 3959 for bushfire-prone areas and AS 1170 for structural design.
For heritage properties, we coordinate approvals with the Heritage Council of Western Australia, and we address environmental factors like flood risk and stormwater management, particularly for projects near the Swan River.
We handle required inspections during construction and ensure final sign-off before occupancy. Additional permits, such as for demolition or pool construction, are also managed.
